Returns:
No returns or credits accepted after 10 days of purchase date.
Unless our error, stock items may not be returned without our permission. If breakage occurs due to a manufacturers defect the items must be returned to receive refund of credit. Please call us for a return authorization number. Your shipment may be refused if an authorization has not been obtained.
Any undamaged returned items must be carefully packed and in salable condition to be accepted for return or credit. A 15% restocking charge will be charged.
Unsatisfied with any of our products return it within 10 days, unused, in new, resalable condition and we will be happy to refund, credit or exchange it. Shipping cost are not refundable. Call for an R.A. # (Return Authorization)

Shipping:
Shipping and Delivery: UPS will be used whenever possible. Currently expedited shipping is NOT available.
Damaged Shipment: We take every precaution to insure safe arrival, but
our responsibility ends when shipment is turned over to the carrier (UPS,
Truck, etc.).
If a shipment is damaged when you receive it, insist on
a damaged notation on the freight bill by the delivery person BEFORE you
accept the shipment. Contact the carrier IMMEDIATELY and request an inspection.
This must be done
prior to filling a damage claim.
